Artwork
All artworks available through the website are original works created by Pippa Raymonde.
Due to the handmade and individual nature of the artwork, variations in texture, colour, surface and finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the artwork and are not considered defects where they are consistent with the description and images provided.
Every effort is made to display artwork images and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen.
Prices & Payment
All artwork prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout according to the delivery option applicable to the artwork.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Pippa Raymonde reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, you will be contacted before the order is fulfilled and given the opportunity to confirm or cancel the order.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the artwork.
Your order will be confirmed by email once it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase and contact us as soon as possible if you believe there is an error.
Delivery
Delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout.
UK delivery is available through the delivery options shown for each artwork. Free collection from West London is also available where offered at checkout.
Some particularly large, heavy or delicate artworks may require specialist delivery and may be subject to an individually quoted delivery charge.
International delivery is available on selected artworks and is quoted individually according to destination, artwork dimensions, weight, packaging, insurance and courier requirements.

Collection
Where free collection is selected, collection arrangements will be confirmed following purchase.
Collection is from West London. The customer will be responsible for collecting the artwork at the agreed time and location.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Where custom or commissioned artwork is agreed, specific terms relating to the artwork, price, payment, production and delivery will be agreed with the customer before the commission is confirmed.
Custom or commissioned artwork may not be eligible for cancellation where an applicable legal exception applies.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, written content, branding, logos and other original content appearing on the Pippa Raymonde website are owned by or licensed to Pippa Raymonde unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use any artwork or website content without prior written permission.
Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
Website Content
Every effort is made to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur.
Pippa Raymonde reserves the right to update product information, artwork availability, prices and website content where necessary.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in effect when your order is accepted.
